A Taste of Kingdoms Past

So in all my adventures in medieval cooking, I neglected to mention that I submitted an article on recreating authentic medieval recipes to Taproot Magazine. Their issues are themed, and the theme for their August issue is Fable, so I submitted my article to them back in February.

I received an email today with an offer to publish it.

I am so delighted that they enjoyed the article enough to want to share it with their readers. I love medieval cooking—I’ll be doing more tomorrow, in fact—and love that I can share this passion with others who might enjoy it as well.
