The legitimate interests referenced above are communications interests. If you contact us via the contact form on the website, we may respond to you at the email address you enter in the contact form for the purpose of communicating with you. If you comment on a blog post, we may respond to that post for the purpose of communicating with you. If you sign up for our newsletter, we will send you the newsletter for the purpose of communicating with you regarding our writing projects. There is no e-commerce taking place on this website as of the most current update.

How long we will store your PD.
We will store your personal data until you contact us and request that we no longer store it. If we should delete this website, we will also delete your personal data.

You have a right to file a grievance with authorities. Specific authorities will vary depending on where you legally reside. It is your responsibility to determine who the proper authorities are for your legal jurisdiction.

We do not share your PD with any entity for direct marketing purposes. We are unaware whether Squarespace shares the PD they obtain from you via their essential cookies with anyone, whether for direct marketing purposes or any other purpose.
